It was a pleasure to meet with one of our latest clients, Javier Gutierrez at escrow in Northridge for the signing of his loan documents. He is purchasing his first home and was delighted and nervous about the close to final step in the home buying process. We reassured him that everything had proceeded efficiently and that he would soon be a new homeowner.
