This Saturday morning our family will participate in the Los Angeles Marathon 5K at Dodger Stadium. We will wear purple ribbons on our shirts to represents our love and support for my aunt, Lisette Gomez, who is living with Lupus.
We will run together to show her we care and that we will always be with her through the good and challenging times … like the shirts say together “Family Conquers All”. Please know our hearts go out to all those struggling with chronic diseases.
